You can either start by searching database, or by signing up.
Once you are signed up, you can create a profile with information
about yourself for other penpals to see. Your profile will be
posted on both english and korean verion of penpalwel.com website.
When you see a penpal profile that interests you, you can send
a private message or email.
How can i become a special member?
step 1. you have to sign up(upload your photo).
step 2. Sign in.
step 3. Click "Help > Why special member".

How long does it take to be a special member?
After you registered to become a special member, we checked
your profile and informations.
It there's no problem, then we upgrade your membership within

How can i close my account?

penpalwel.com" at the end of the page.
I can't open my message box.
If you're standard member, you can open your message box. So
upgrade your membership to special member for free.
I got spam messages and i don't want to receive it again.
Report spam messages and who sent it to you.
